The Nkosi 's Haven board comprises 12 members, which includes the three directors.

The three directors and are all signatories. A minimum of two signatories per cheque is required.
Gail Johnson - Active and founding director
Dr Laurette Scheffer (Phd) - Business woman and assists with property acquisitions
Gary Roscoe - Businessman
The board members are:
Joe Sandows - Chairman and pharmacist
Oscar Martin - Admin Manager of Nkosi's Haven
Jane Mwase - Resident Manager of Nkosi's Haven
Desre Segal - Business Woman / eventing
Brenda Joyce - Business Woman / eventing / fundraising.
Shaheeda Omar - Director Teddy Bear Clinic / psychological
Dr Kobe - Medical Doctor
Diane Stevens - USA based and fundraising
Dolores Fredericks - Business Woman / spiritual support
The board meets at least every 6 weeks.
The financial statements are audited by Johannesburg Securities Exchange (JSE)-listed company, Alexander Forbes, once a year and are available to public scrutiny on request.
Standard Bank South Africa are the bankers for the different projects and each project runs a separate set of books and has a separate banking account.
Nkosi's Haven is a registered non-profit organization with the national department of social welfare. The registration number is: 008-995 NPO. It is mandatory that the audited figures be presented to the department annually.
